Gather all the ingredients.
Thaw the meat if previously frozen.
Chop the bacon into small pieces.
Add the bacon to a large bowl with the ground meat and mix.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
Weigh out 4-5 oz (130 grams) balls using a kitchen scale.
Form balls into patties by hand or use a hamburger press
Cook immediately or place in a single layer on a foil-lined cookie sheet and freeze them.
To barbeque, cook over medium-high heat for 7-9 minutes flipping halfway. Cook until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F.
